7 Chakras: Find out what they are

The chakras are inmeasurable energy centers from the human body. There are 7 energy centers that rule all our organs and work together as a system, independent from each other.

The sanscrit word chakra is translated as a disc or wheel. A chakra is like a spiral vortex wheel rotating in a circular motion to form a void in the center that draws on whatever is in your particular vibrational level.

There are seven major chakras, aligning the spine, from the base of the spine through the crown of the head. 

There are 7 main chakras and each one is connected phisically, emotional, mental and spiritual to us and each one has its own vitality levels:

• Sahasrara - Crown Chakra 

  Better known as the Crown chakra. It's the seventh of the seven chakras and it;s responsible for the connection with spirituality and the integration of your entire being, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. It's responsible for the purpose in life and the divine intention that each of us have in life. Its the ' I UNDERSTAND', it's mantra is silence and it's color purple. 

• Anahata - Heart Chakra
  Better known as the heart chakra. It's the fourth of the seven chakras. It's the connection with the spiritual and true self. Its the mediator between the ego and spirit, between the spiritual and material. It's responsible for compassion, unconditional love, equilibrium and empathy. It's the 'I LOVE', the mantra is YAM and it's color green. 

• Muladhara - Root Chakra 
  Better known as the Root Chakra. It's the first of the seven chakras and it's the connection between earth and the material world. It's responsible for survival, individuallity, vitality and sexuality. It's the 'I AM', it's mantra is LAM and it's color is red. 

• Svadhishthana - Sacral Chakra

  Better known as Sacral Chakra. It's the second of the 7 Chakras and it's the connection with nature, self-confidence, fertility and pleasure. It's responsible ofattraction, reproduction and creativity. It's the ' I FEEL', the manta is VAM and it's color is orange.

• Manipura - Solar Plexus
  Better known as the Solar Plexus Chakra. It's the third of the seven chakras and it's the connection with our self-esteem and the power to achieve our goals. It's linked to self-control, power and a sense of well-being. It's the 'I DO', it's mantra is RAM and it's color yellow. 

• Ajna - Third Eye Chakra
  Known as the third eye chakra. It's the sixth of the seven chakras. It's connected with the consciousness, perception, light, wisdom and clairvoyance. It's responsable of forgiving, humility and compassion. It's the 'I SEE', it's mantra is 'OM' and it's color indigo blue.
